Keepers Cottage is situated close to the village of Smithfield, which is mid way between the small towns of Brampton and Longtown in North Cumbria. The historic city of Carlisle is only 20 minutes drive away and it is a similar distance to Gretna Green and the Scottish Border.

An eighteen hole championship parkland course situated along the banks of the River Eden with beautiful views extending over the Lake District and the fells of the North Pennines.
